The operating theatre of the future

Research project conducted jointly with the Pro-Familia Hospital in Rzeszów, Warsaw University of Technology, Industria Project, Halton and Alvo Medical.

The aim of the project is to investigate the needs of users, design and build modern operating theatres equipped with the latest technologies to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, implement modern solutions for ventilation and ensure high air quality in operating theatres.

Project implementation period: 2019 – 2022

The project applies for funding from the National Centre for Research and Development.

HumanIC

International research project carried out jointly with the Universities of Trondheim in Norway, Warsaw University of Technology, Leeds University, whose aim is to conduct research on the optimal use of modern engineering knowledge in the design of medical facilities.

The project is applying for funding under the European Union funds Horizon 2020.
